A sunny June day in East Barnet gave us the best possible backdrop to our Open day.

On this occasion we used the Open Day not only to showcase the Site but to officially open our Seniors / Disabilities raised bed plot ( our thanks to Cllrs. Laurie Williams and Jo Cooper who cut the ribbon and also Tesco Bag for Life initiative who helped in the funding). Our raffle/face painting proceeds went to Siobhan Mather ‘s fund raising team who were also on site. Siobhan, a local 3yr old who has been fighting neuroblastoma for the past year came along to join the fun.

Our thanks to all our friends and neighbours in the local community who supported us on the day by visiting the site to see what we get up to in this green oasis in a peaceful corner of Barnet.
